If the window is opened inside, the curtains can only be installed outside the window frame.
Hard curtain width measurement:

2. If you want to install outside the window frame or you can only install it outside the window frame due to conditions, still measure the size of the window frame, and then add about 10 cm to the width of the curtain.
Hard curtain height measurement:
